The Director, with the approval of the Secretary, may also enter into contracts with attorneys, private auditors, consultants, and registered or certified public accountants for additional services including auditing providers as may be necessary for the proper administration of this chapter. Division, staff The Director, with the approval of the Secretary, may employ such professional and clerical personnel as are necessary for the implementation of this chapter.
