§ 458. Venue The place of trial in the Family Division of the Superior Court shall be in the county in which one of the parties resides if one party resides within the State. If no party resides within the State, the place of trial may be in any county. (Added 1989, No. 221 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Oct. 1, 1990; amended 2009, No. 154, § 238.)
