Deposit of damages; sum invested On the deposit of the damages under the order of a Superior judge, the title to the land shall vest in the corporation, subject to the right of appeal as in other cases. If the sum so deposited remains for six months undemanded, a Superior judge may order the same invested for the benefit of those interested.
