Obstructing sight of cars at crossing; penalty A person who leaves wood, lumber, or other material on the line of a railroad or highway, at or near the crossing of a highway, so as to prevent or obstruct the sight of cars when approaching the crossing, shall be fined not more than $50.00 nor less than $5.00.
