Liability for damages A person or corporation running trains on any railroad in this State and the conductors, agents, employees, or other officers of such railroad shall be responsible for all injury and damage to persons or property arising by reason of noncompliance with or a violation of the requirements of section 3723 of this title, to be recovered in an action on this statute.
