Carrying and inspection of airman license The federal license, certificate, or permit shall be kept in the personal possession of the airman when operating within this State and must be presented for inspection upon the demand of a passenger; a peace officer of this State; an authorized official or employee of the Agency; or an official, manager, or person in charge of any airport in this State upon which there is a landing. § 207a.
