Inspection To carry out the provisions of this part, the Board or any of its members, the Secretary or officers or employees of the Agency, and any State or municipal officers charged with the duty of enforcing this part may inspect and examine at reasonable hours any premises, and the buildings and other structures, where airports, restricted landing areas, air schools, flying clubs, or other air navigation facilities or aeronautical activities are operated or carried on. § 208.
