Payment for acquisition of land Whenever the Agency approves the expenditure of monies in connection with the acquisition of property for airport, landing field, or landing strip purposes in accordance with the provisions of this part, or in reimbursing local governmental units or the federal government for the State’s share of the cost of the acquisition, the Agency shall issue to the Commissioner of Finance and Management a certificate setting forth the sum so approved and the person, firm, corporation, or governmental unit to which it is payable, and the Commissioner of Finance and Management shall issue a warrant for the payment of the sum named in the certificate. § 209.
