Certificate of free sale (a) The Secretary is hereby authorized to make available certificates of free sale to applicants who manufacture or produce Vermont food regulated by the Agency for the limited purpose of facilitating the shipment of such products for sale in foreign countries. (b) The Agency may adopt rules for the issuance of such certificates.(c) The Agency shall assess a fee of $30.00 per certificate to offset administrative costs. (Added 1995, No. 184 (Act.
