Public nuisance Contagious diseases as defined in subdivision 1151(7) of this title are hereby declared to be a public nuisance requiring preventative and remedial action to protect the public health and welfare, as provided in this chapter. (Added 1987, No. 276 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
