(b) The Secretary may seek search warrants and accept assurances of discontinuance under section 1, 12, or 13 of this title or may suspend or revoke the license issued to a milk handler under this title who violates this subchapter. (c) The Attorney General or State’s Attorney may prosecute civil, criminal, or administrative actions in accordance with the Civil and Criminal Rules of Procedure and the Administrative Procedure Act.
