Fund established The Vermont Milk Commission Fund is established in the State Treasury and shall be administered by the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets in accordance with the provisions of 32 V.S.A. chapter 7, subchapter 5, except that interest earned on the Fund shall be retained in the Fund. Proceeds from this chapter shall be deposited into the Fund. The Fund shall be used as necessary for the purposes of this chapter. The Treasurer shall distribute funds as directed by the Commission.
