S.A. chapter 195, 'agricultural activities' shall include 'farming' as defined in this title. (b) For purposes of the application of 12 V.S.A. § 5753, all 'agricultural activities' defined in this chapter, subject to the limitations and requirements set forth in 12 V.S.A. § 5753, are entitled to the rebuttable presumption that they do not constitute a nuisance.
