Reports Annually by January 15 of each year, the Secretary shall report to the General Assembly regarding activities in support of the objectives of this subchapter, including use of State, federal, and private funds: (1) undertaken during the preceding fiscal year;(2) in progress during the current fiscal year;(3) projected for the following fiscal year; and(4) remaining to be undertaken after the following fiscal year.
