S.A. chapter 84 shall not apply to the Secretary or designee in the otherwise lawful performance of his or her official duties requiring the possession or control of regulated drugs. (b) The central testing laboratory shall obtain a certificate of approval from the Department of Health pursuant to 18 V.S.A. § 4207. (c) As used in this section, 'regulated drug' shall have the same meaning as in 18 V.S.A. § 4201. (Added 2017, No. 65, § 9, eff. June 8, 2017.)
