Cancellation of license Failure of any livestock dealer, transporter, or packer to abide by the terms of this chapter, or of any of the State or federal laws, rules, or regulations relating to livestock, or of a procedure that the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets adopts as necessary to prevent the spread of disease shall be deemed sufficient cause after notice and hearing for the cancellation of a license issued under section 762 of this title.
