Satisfaction of judgment; revocation of license If a licensee fails to satisfy a judgment entered under section 501 of this title for 30 days after the judgment is entered, the local control commissioners or the Board of Liquor and Lottery shall revoke its license. A license shall not be granted to a person against whom a judgment has been recovered until the judgment is satisfied. (Amended 2017, No. 83, § 75; 2018, No. 1 (Sp. Sess.), § 72.)
