Judgment against claimant; forfeiture; costs If the court renders judgment against the claimant pursuant to section 575 or 576 of this title, the alcoholic beverages or alcohol and the casks or vessels containing the alcoholic beverages or alcohol shall be adjudged forfeited and condemned, as provided in this chapter, and the court shall also enter judgment against the claimant for all costs of prosecution incurred after the filing of his or her claim.
