§ 578

Disposition of liquor condemned on appeal If the appellant fails to enter and prosecute his or her appeal pursuant to section 576 of this title, or if judgment is against him or her on appeal, the court in which the appeal is finally decided shall order the alcoholic beverages or alcohol to be disposed of as in the case of alcoholic beverages or alcohol adjudged forfeited and condemned under an order of a judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court pursuant to section 567 of this title.
