Costs against owner or keeper If proceedings for the condemnation of alcoholic beverages, alcohol, or a still or other apparatus for the manufacture of alcohol result in the prosecution and conviction of the owner or keeper of the alcoholic beverages, alcohol, or other property for an offense under this title, the costs in the proceedings shall be taxed against the owner or keeper.
