Sale of alcoholic beverages taken by attachment or on execution Alcoholic beverages lawfully taken by attachment or on execution issued by a court of this State may be sold by a duly authorized officer as other personal property taken on execution, but only to the persons and institutions to which alcoholic beverages may be sold under the provisions of this title.
