Wholesaler license A wholesaler licensed under this chapter may:(1) purchase cannabis and cannabis products from a licensed cannabis establishment;(2) transport, process, package, and sell cannabis and cannabis products to a licensed cannabis establishment; and (3) sell cannabis seeds or immature cannabis plants to a licensed cultivator.
