Product manufacturer license A product manufacturer licensed under this chapter may:(1) purchase cannabis and cannabis products from a licensed cannabis establishment;(2) use cannabis and cannabis products to produce cannabis products; and(3) transport, process, package, and sell cannabis products to a licensed cannabis establishment.
