It shall consist of all receipts from the sale of spirits, fortified wines, and other items by the Board of Liquor and Lottery and Division of Liquor Control; fees paid to the Division of Liquor Control for the benefit of the Division; all other amounts received by the Division of Liquor Control for its benefit; and all amounts that are from time to time appropriated to the Division of Liquor Control.
