Administration of Department; apportionment of costs The administrative and operating costs of the Department of Liquor and Lottery that are not specific to either the Division of Liquor Control or the Division of Lottery and the cost of any functions that are shared in common by the two Divisions shall be allocated to and paid from the Liquor Control Enterprise Fund and the State Lottery Fund based on generally accepted accounting principles.
