Packager’s license (a) The Board of Liquor and Lottery may grant a packager’s license to a person if the person: (1) submits an application;(2) pays the fee provided in section 204 of this title; and(3) satisfies the Commissioner of Liquor and Lottery as to its compliance with the rules of the Board relating to the cleanliness of the applicant’s facilities for storage and bottling of alcoholic beverages. (b) A packager’s license holder may:(1) bottle or otherwise package alcoholic beverages the licensee receives in bulk for sale; and (2) distribute and sell alcoholic beverages that are bottled or otherwise packaged for sale by the licensee. (c) A packager’s license holder shall comply with the provisions of subsection 274(c) of this subchapter. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 33, eff.
