Wholesale dealer’s license (a) The Board of Liquor and Lottery may grant a wholesale dealer’s license to a person if the person: (1) submits an application on a form required by the Board;(2) pays the fee provided in section 204 of this title; and(3) satisfies the Board as to its qualifications as a wholesale dealer.(b) A wholesale dealer’s license holder may distribute or sell malt beverages, vinous beverages, or ready-to-drink spirits beverages to first- and second-class licensees and holders of educational sampling event permits. (c)(1) In no event shall a wholesale dealer’s license holder be permitted to carry on business allowed by a first-class license or second-class license. (2) A wholesale dealer’s license holder shall comply with the provisions of subsection 274(c) of this subchapter. (Amended 2017, No. 83, § 42; 2018, No. 1 (Sp. Sess.), § 58; 2021, No. 177 (Adj.
