Authorization for investment purposes only Such insurer may make investments in this State without qualifying to do business in this State as a foreign corporation under the general corporation law or as a foreign or alien insurer under this article provided such insurer constitutes the Secretary of State as his or her agent for the service of process and enters into a stipulation with said Secretary to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of this State.
