The issuance of a charitable gift annuity by a qualified charitable organization does not constitute engaging in the business of insurance in this State. (b) Not unfair or deceptive trade practice. The issuance of a charitable gift annuity does not constitute a violation of section 4724 of this title. (Added 2001, No. 37, § 1.)
