§ 4185

The Board of Directors shall submit to the Commissioner, not later than May 1 of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the Commissioner and a report of its activities during the preceding calendar year. Upon request of a member insurer, the Association shall provide the member insurer with a copy of the report. (Added 2023, No. 32, § 9, eff. July 1, 2023.)
