Scope This chapter applies to all kinds of insurance written on risks in this State by any insurer authorized to do business in this State, except: (1) life insurance;(2) annuities;(3) accident and health insurance;(4) ocean marine insurance;(5) reinsurance; and(6) aircraft liability and aircraft hull insurance.
