Periodic reports from state credit unions with an office or activity in this State (a) The Commissioner may require periodic reports from any state-chartered credit union that has established and maintains an office in this State or that conducts any activity in this State. (b) Any reporting requirements prescribed by the Commissioner under this section shall be: (1) consistent with the reporting requirements applicable to credit unions incorporated under the laws of this State; and (2) appropriate for the purpose of enabling the Commissioner to carry out his or her responsibilities under the laws relating to branching, offices, or activities.
