Suspension, liquidation, insolvency, conservation, involuntary merger, and appointment of directors and managing officers of a troubled CUSO A CUSO shall be subject to chapter 226 of this title governing suspension, liquidation, insolvency, conservation, involuntary merger, and appointment of directors and managing officers of a troubled CUSO.
