(2) Except as otherwise provided in this title, the Commissioner may issue more than one license to the same licensee for additional places of business if the licensee meets the requirements for each place of business. (b)(1) A licensee shall provide written notice to the Commissioner and fee of $100.00 not less than 30 days before changing or closing a place of business. (2) Upon receiving the notice and fee, the Commissioner shall record the change of location and the date, and the licensee may operate at the new location. (Added 2019, No. 20, § 2.)

§ 2106.
