Revocation, suspension, termination, or nonrenewal where more than one place of business The Commissioner may revoke, suspend, terminate, or refuse to renew only the license for a particular place of business at which grounds for revocation, suspension, termination, or refusal to renew may occur or exist, or if the Commissioner finds that such grounds for revocation, suspension, termination, or refusal to renew are of general application to all licensed places of business, or to more than one licensed place of business, operated by such licensee, the Commissioner shall revoke, suspend, terminate, or refuse to renew all of the licenses issued to the licensee or such licenses as such grounds apply to, as the case may be. § 2111.
