Applicability of subchapters The following subchapters of this chapter shall not apply to persons licensed under this subchapter: subchapter 4 (authorized delegates of money transmitters), subchapter 5 (reporting and records for money transmitters), subchapter 6 (prudential standards for money transmitters), subchapter 9 (timely transmission, refunds, and disclosures by money transmitters), and subchapter 10 (virtual currency).
