Notice Every licensee or authorized delegate shall disclose on their website and mobile application the name of the Department and a current link to the Vermont Banking Consumer Complaint Form accompanied by statements conveying that, should the licensee’s customers have a complaint about the licensee’s money transmission services they should first contact the licensee using contact information supplied by the licensee and, if the complaint remains unresolved, they can submit a complaint to the Department using the form.
