Any person who engages directly or indirectly in purposeful contacts within this State in connection with the offering or advertising for sale of, or has business dealings with respect to, a new motor vehicle within the State shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter and the jurisdiction of the courts of this State. Any and all amendments to this chapter shall apply to existing franchise agreements and franchise agreements entered into on or after June 1, 2009. (Added 1981, No. 157 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff.
