This section shall not be construed to limit a paid fundraiser’s liability under any other law. (b) The Attorney General has the same authority to make rules, conduct civil investigations, and bring civil actions with respect to the acts and practices of paid fundraisers and charitable organizations as is provided under subchapter 1 of this chapter. (c) A contributor or a charitable organization has the same rights with respect to the acts and practices of a paid fundraiser as a consumer has under section 2461 of this title.
