The following laws, ordinances, resolutions, regulations, and executive orders are hereby repealed—\n(1) all local laws, ordinances, resolutions, regulations, and executive orders, or parts thereof, heretofore having application in any part of the Virgin Islands, the provisions or substance of which have been brought into, and reenacted in, this Code;\n(2) all of the Code of Laws for the Municipality of St. Croix, as enacted by Ordinance of the Colonial Council of St. Croix which was sanctioned and approved by the Governor of the Virgin Islands of the United States on May 25, 1920, and June 15, 1920, and published in 1921; and all of the Code of Laws for the Municipality of St. Thomas and St. John, as enacted by Ordinance of the Colonial Council of St. Thomas and St. John which was sanctioned and approved by the Governor of the Virgin Islands of the United States on March 17, 1921, and published in 1921; and all amendments to these Codes of Laws;\n(3) Act No. 129 of the Legislature (Bill No. 307), approved June 7, 1956, which provisionally enacted into law Titles One, Two, Four, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, Twelve and Fourteen of the Virgin Islands Code; and\n(4) all
