(a) The month of September of each year shall be observed as 'Support our Public Schools Month' in the Virgin Islands. Appropriate ceremonies may be held in all public schools in the Virgin Islands.\n(b) The Commissioner of Education shall be responsible for the reproduction and dissemination of information on the public school system and photographs and biographical data about principals and educators, to all the public schools in the Territory.
