(a) The first week in June shall be observed as 'Virgin Islands Child's Week' throughout the Virgin Islands.\n(b) The Governor shall appoint a committee each year to develop appropriate plans, programs and ceremonies for celebration of 'Virgin Islands Child's Week' in the Virgin Islands.
