(a) May 5 of each year shall be observed as 'Paws for a Cause Day'. In any year in which May 5 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, 'Paws for a Cause Day' shall be observed on the following Monday.\n(b) The Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture is responsible for organizing and publicizing events throughout the Territory to commemorate 'Paws for a Cause Day'.
