The Governor is authorized to correct nonsubstantive errors in the text of a bill presented to him for signature pursuant to the provisions of section 9(d) of the Revised Organic Act of 1954, as amended, provided that said bill is one to which the Governor subsequently affixes his signature; and further that said errors are strictly typographical or the correction of misspelled words or the correction or insertion of chapter and section headings; and further, that the Governor shall notify the Legislature, at the time of notification of approval of said bill, that such correction has been made and specifically identifying and describing said correction.
