(a) The slip laws and volumes provided for in this chapter shall, within the limits of appropriations therefor, be printed and published in such quantities as the Office of the Code Revisor determines.\n(b) The Governor of the Virgin Islands shall prescribe the manner in which the slip laws and volumes provided for in this chapter shall be distributed free of charge to the Legislature, Executive, and Judicial Branches of the Government, and the Office of the Code Revisor shall fix the prices at which they may be sold to the general public. The proceeds from such sales shall be remitted to the Commissioner of Finance and covered by him into the General Fund of the Treasury.
