(a) Any Act that amends another Act or provision of this Code which previously had been amended by any other Act, shall be construed as amending, also, the amendatory provisions of the other Act, though it make no reference thereto.\n(b) Any Act that amends the provisions of any other Act, which constituted, themselves, an amendment to a prior Act or provision of this Code, shall be construed as an additional amendment to the prior Act or provision of this Code, though it make no reference thereto.
