The Island of St. John is divided into the Cruz Bay, Central, Coral Bay and East End Census Subdistricts with limits as follows:\n(a) The limits of the Cruz Bay Census Subdistrict are as follows:\nBeginning at a point along the Fish Bay shoreline where the National Park boundary meets the water, the line runs inland along the National Park boundary to the Cruz Bay shoreline; thence southerly along the shoreline to the point of beginning.\n(b) The limits of the Central Census Subdistrict are as follows:\nBeginning at a point along the Fish Bay shoreline where the National Park boundary meets the water, the line runs: inland along the National along the shoreline to the National Park boundary at Menneback Bay; thence southerly along the National Park boundary to the Elk Bay shoreline; thence westerly along the shoreline to the National Park boundary at Coral Harbor; thence inland along the National Park boundary to the Drunk Bay shoreline; thence westerly along the shoreline to the point of beginning.\n(c) The limits of the Coral Bay Census Subdistrict are as follows:\nBeginning at a point along the Drunk Bay shoreline where the National Park boundary meets the water, the line runs
