(a) Savana, Cockroach, and Saba Islands, Salt, Dutchcap, and West Cays, Cricket and Dry Rocks, and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the West End Census Subdistrict of St. Thomas.\n(b) Inner Brass, Outer Brass, Hans Lollick, and Little Hans Lollick, and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the Northside Census Subdistrict of St. Thomas.\n(c) Great St. James, Little St. James, Thatch Cay, and Dog Island, and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the East End Census Subdistrict of St. Thomas.\n(d) Buck Island (St. Thomas) and Capella Island and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the Southside Census Subdistrict of St. Thomas.\n(e) Grass, Mingo, Congo and Lovango Cays, the Durloe Cays, and Whistling Cay and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the Central Census Subdistrict of St. John.\n(f) Leduck Island and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the Coral Bay Census Subdistrict of St. John.\n(g) Flanagan Island and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the East End Census Subdistrict of St. John.\n(h) Buck Island (St. Croix) and adjacent islets and cays shall be a part of the East End Census Subdistrict of St.
