(a) The composition consisting of words and music known as the 'Virgin Islands March', the music for which was composed by Alton A. Adams, Sr., is designated as the Virgin Islands anthem.\n(b) When the Virgin Islands anthem is played, all present should stand and face toward the music when no flag is displayed. When the Flag is displayed, all present should stand and face the flag.
