(a) Indemnification or payment under section 101 of this chapter shall not exceed $100,000 for each occurrence of wrongful death and $25,000 for each occurrence in all other actions, except as provided in subsection (c) hereof.\n(b) No indemnification or payment shall be paid in any amount for punitive damages, nor in libel or slander proceedings.\n(c) The amounts awarded by the court as attorney's fees shall be in addition to the limits set forth in subsection (a) of this section.
